3. Intellectual Property

4. Revisions and Approvals

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided after work has commenced.

• If a cancellation occurs before the project starts, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.

• No/Code Monarchy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• While we ensure high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific results such as increased revenue, conversions, or leads.
